Are you interested in learning more about the American Legion? As more veterans return some will need our immediate help while others will need help down the road. The American Legion Post #35 will assist you with your immediate and long-term needs.
American Legion membership entitles you, active-duty personnel and families to:
- Networking/Social Events with other Southern Indiana veterans and service personnel.
- Professional help in obtaining full medical, educational, and insurance benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Assistance in preparing VA claims and getting accurate information concerning financial services.
- Professional representation of veterans’ interests in Congress by our staff in Washington, D.C., who are fighting for legislation that protects the benefits of all veterans and their families.
